1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of our website and certification services. By creating an account or signing an agreement you accept them.

2. Services

We provide ISO certification audits and related services (Stage 1, Stage 2, Surveillance, Recertification) as described in your signed agreement and quote.

3. Your obligations

• Provide accurate scope, staffing and site information.
• Make personnel, evidence and records available for audit.
• Implement corrective actions for any nonconformities.
• Use certificates and marks only as permitted by the relevant accreditation body.

4. Fees & payment

Fees are stated in the agreement. Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payment may suspend services.

5. Suspension & withdrawal

We may suspend or withdraw certification for material nonconformity, misuse of marks, or non-payment, in accordance with the accreditation rules.

6. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential, save where disclosure is required by law or by the accreditation body.

7. Intellectual property

All website and platform content is owned by us or our licensors. Certificates remain our property and may be revoked.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
