From quote to certificate, online.
Every stage of ISO certification with The Certification People runs remotely through your secure portal. Here is exactly what happens, step by step.

Get your quote
Tell us your staff numbers, sites and the standards you need (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001 or 50001). Your price is calculated straight away and checked by a reviewer — no sales call needed.
- 02
Pay the deposit and sign
Accept your quote online and pay the deposit. Your service agreement is sent for e-signature and your project reference is created — it follows every document and record from here on.

Open your client portal
You get your own secure portal. Invite up to three colleagues, see your audit dates, and upload evidence clause by clause.
- 04
Stage 1 — document review
Your auditor reviews your management system online against the chosen standard(s) and confirms you are ready for Stage 2. Transfers from another accredited body skip this step.
- 05
Stage 2 — implementation audit
Your auditor samples evidence clause by clause and interviews key people online to confirm your system works in practice. AI helps organise the evidence; every finding and decision is made by a qualified human auditor.
- 06
Close any findings
If anything needs fixing, you respond to findings and upload corrective-action evidence in the portal. Your auditor reviews and closes them.
- 07
Final payment and your certificate
Once the final invoice is paid, your accredited certificate (AIUK, ATB 21227) is issued to your portal. It carries a QR code anyone can scan to check it is genuine.

Stay certified
Your certificate is valid for three years, with lighter surveillance audits in years 1 and 2 and a recertification audit at the end of the cycle. We send reminders so nothing lapses.
